Nonprofit Support

Did You Know?

A disproportionate number of minority and low income children are placed in exceptional student education programs each year.

  • Minorities are represented in ESE programs more than any other group and are often placed in more restrictive environments.
  • Children of low-income families are more often diagnosed with intellectual disabilities than their peers.
  • Many parents can't afford outside help but do not know how to advocate for their children to receive appropriate educational placement and programs on their own.

At Academic Success Advocates, we want to break this cycle. Read more below to learn how.

Not For Profit

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity, our vision is to help children of all backgrounds, income levels, and special educational needs gain equal access and opportunities to appropriate educational programs and services by rendering advocacy and support services to families at reduced or no cost*

*Donations are used to offset standard service fees for families in need. Fee waivers, reductions, and reimbursement plans are subject to available funds from donations at the time of service and may vary based on successful fundraising efforts.

To accomplish our vision, we practice strict fiscal responsibility with more than 85% of services provided on a volunteer basis by directors, officers, and advisors.
